Export Options for Sharing

📄
PDF

Print-ready format, ideal for formal submissions or archiving. All charts and text preserved at full quality.

📊
PowerPoint (.pptx)

Editable presentation file — each chart and section on its own slide. Recipients can further customize for their audience.

📝
Word (.docx)

Long-form document with full narrative, charts, and tables. Ideal for reports that need review, edits, or sign-off.

📋
Excel (.xlsx)

Data tables and charts exported to Excel — ideal for teams that need to do further analysis on the underlying data.

Sharing Best Practices

Review your report before sharing to ensure no sensitive or confidential data is exposed.
Use password protection (Plus & Pro) when sharing internally sensitive financial or personnel data.
Set an expiry date on links shared with external clients to limit long-term access.
Use the View-Only permission by default — only enable interaction for teammates who need to explore the data.
